CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
For persons registering on-line or via phone, registration confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours. For registrations made by check and mailed, please allow two weeks for processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 10 business days, please do not hesitate to call 305-871-7910 or contact us at afb@worldtrade.org.
BADGES
Badges will be sent to all persons registered by August 22nd, 2008. Please bring your badge and all meeting credentials to the show.
Persons registering after August 22nd should bring a copy of their email confirmation to the show to pick-up their badges onsite.
The bar code contained on your registration confirmation will greatly speed your process at the self registration kiosks or the registration customer service area.
Badges must be worn at all times.
ELIGIBILITY
The show is open to the food and beverage industry professionals, food service companies, exporters/importers, wholesalers or distributors. If you are registering on-site, please bring appropriate credentials to include business card.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted on the show floor at any time.
SHOW POLICIES
Admission is free if you pre-register by August 22nd. Show is open to trade industry ONLY. No visitors under 18 years of age, including infants, will be permitted on the show floor. Discount airline packages will be available for international visitors only. Removal of samples is prohibited from the exhibit hall. Cameras and video equipment are prohibeted (unless you are a badged member of the press). Soliciting on the show floor by attendees is prohibited. No smoking in the exhibit hall.
